It can accommodate 1 to 2 people. Ideally located at the edge of Haute Lande: - Exit 4 of the A 65 5 km away, - Mont de Marsan 10 km away, - 18-hole golf course in Saint Avit 5 km away Accommodation reference: YRRUZ8 The space Studette located on the ground floor. It has everything from a large one and will seduce you with all its comforts. - A sleeping area with premium bedding in a 140 cm bed. Bed made upon arrival, fitted closet (shelves/wardrobe and hangers), equipped with a Create Store ceiling fan (ultra-quiet). - Bathroom with shower and toilet, - Lounge/TV corner - Its furnished and well-equipped kitchen (Senséo, toaster, kettle, food processor) - Its private terrace installed in season with table, garden chairs and umbrella, - The family pool during the summer season, - Free on-site parking in an enclosed property with electric gate, - Linen provided (bath and hand towel, gloves, bath mat, towel and hand towel) - Bath linens for the pool are not provided.
