Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom apartment, located in A2 block of Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi with a family-friendly and very safe neighborhood. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a weekend getaway with loved ones, our apartment offers the blend of comfort and a central location, providing a perfect home away from home for families. We own the entire building and we also live here, so there is no interference from neighours and the gates are always closed so no security issues. The space • ⁠ Four Air purifiers to ensure clean air for you. One in each Room. • Smart door locks with key card entries • ⁠ Automatic motion lighting in all entryways • ⁠ Lift access • ⁠Three bedrooms with memory foam mattresses, attached bathrooms and Smart TVs. • ⁠We take utmost care of cleanliness and ensure all linens are changed before every stay. Fresh towels, body wash and shampoo are also provided. • Fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals with hob, chimney, microwave, kettle, OTG, mineral water purifier (as good as bottled water) • Large living area with comfortable sofas , a 55 inch 4K TV, and a sofa-cum-bed. • ⁠ We provide three heaters in the house • ⁠ Air conditioning (AC) in all rooms • Robot Vacuum with self emptying and mopping facility. Guest access The guests will have access to the whole apartment listed. Other things to note We like to be transparent and honest to ensure we set the right expectations. Kindly note the following : -We have a no party/get-together policy, so kindly refrain from booking if that’s the case :) - We don't provide parking. - Robot Vaccum is available for daily automatic mopping and cleaning . Extra charges: - Daily cleaning is available at Rs200 per day. - Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and can only be confirmed one day prior. Its free of cost upto 2hrs and Rs 2500 beyond 2 hrs upto 5 hrs. - For a request beyond 5 hours, we would request you to book for an additional night.
