Bright apartment of approximately 26 m² (south facing), on the 1st floor with elevator of a residence ideally located 100 m from Minimes Beach and the promenade by the sea, facing the Port de Plaisance des Minimes. The apartment overlooks the residence's garden. Shops, restaurants and large free parking lot opposite the Residence. Secure residence with bike storage. The space Upon entering the apartment, you will find on your right the toilet and shower room (separate) and on your left a large storage closet. You then access the living room with an equipped kitchen area on the right, a living room-office on the left, access to the sheltered balcony and a closed sleeping area. You have a view of the residence's garden. We don't have a dedicated parking space within the residence. On the other hand, right across the street, you have the large public and free parking lot of Port des Minimes. Other things to note We provide you with a clean apartment and we want to get it back in the same condition. We do not charge a cleaning fee, so we are counting on you to do so before returning the keys to us. By cleaning, we mean: - In the bathroom: clean the sink, shower tray, tiles, shower screen (traces of limestone come off very well with white vinegar) and faucets, mirror… without forgetting the shower drain trap! - In the bathroom: clean the bowl and seat, - In the kitchen: • Clean sink and faucets, degrease backsplash and stove top, check inside the microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator shelves, • Do the dishes, dry them and store them in the cupboards, • Take out the garbage bag in the dedicated container of the residence and clean the garbage can, - Remove fingerprints from glass surfaces, - If you use the terrace, sweep the floor to pick up the crumbs, - Vacuum and wash the floor everywhere (including under the bed and behind the sofa), making sure the floor is dry at checkout.
