Independent Suite & Private Trail to Sandy Beach

Enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway approx 8 min by car from Comox . Our studio suite has its own entrance and patio under a pergola with a view of fruit trees and expansive gardens on 1.25 acres of privacy. Descend the trail from our home to a beautiful and secluded sandy beach. Enjoy beach walking from our private trail to the sandy beach below as well as nearby Kye Bay Beach, marine/bird life. The living room space includes a 55” TV with an electric fireplace. There is a partially equipped kitchen (no stove/oven) and full bathroom with a large tub/shower as well as a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. Enjoy the patio off the sliding glass door which orients onto the gardens and spacious, very private property. Guests may also access our private trail to a secluded, sandy beach for wonderful beach walking and exploration. The sunrise photo is taken from the start of the trail which gently zigzags to the beach where one can walk both to Kye Bay Beach or to the nearest public access at Point Holmes. Guest access We have plenty of room for parking. Guests may access the suite with a key to the sliding glass doors just off the patio under the pergola.
