Nice Home close to Lackland (BMT grad) & Sea World

This 3 bed 2.5 bath home is located in a peaceful, family friendly neighborhood in San Antonio. Perfect for a family vacation or to celebrate your Air Force grad. Only 3-5 minutes away from the Lackland Air Force Base main entrance and easy highway access to nearby attractions (Sea World, Alamo, Riverwalk, etc 15-20 min). Extremely close to Walmart and HEB if you need to get groceries. You will feel comfortably at home in my house! The space My home features three comfortable bedrooms, a dining area, kitchen, living area and a laundry room. Please note: All bedrooms are located up a flight of stairs. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom (queen size) and has an attached and fully equipped bathroom: bathtub/shower, hairdryer, soap, shampoo & conditioner included. Bedroom 2 and 3 also have queen sized beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs as well, with all amenities included. We have two additional mattress pads that can be used in common spaces, or in bedrooms as needed. The kitchen is stocked with the cooking essentials you need. The TV (located in the living room) has HBO and Peacock. A washer and dryer are also available for use. This home is great for big families. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All bedrooms are located up stairs. Please be mindful of our cancellation policy- we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of anything unexpected. We currently have two televisions in the home. One is located in the downstairs living room and one in the master bedroom as of 2/20/2024 To ensure our guests have a budget-friendly stay, we have kept our cleaning fee to a minimum, unlike many others in the area. While we aim to provide a budget-friendly option for families, if excessive cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee may be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining my home for all future guests to enjoy. Happy travels! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, laundry room and yard, with the exception of the car garage and an owner’s storage closet.
