Beautiful house with pool and panoramic sea view. It is located in a secure private subdivision overlooking Saint-Gilles-Les-Bains, a 5-minute walk from the city center and the secure black rocks beach. It offers 4 bedrooms, an office, a heated salt pool and a large terrace that can be enjoyed with family or friends. Every evening you will watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean and during the southern winter (July/August) the whale show. The space This is our home that we decided to rent during our vacation. Pleasant 140 m² house composed of: Living room – kitchen: The living room with sea view is located on the ground floor, it is open to the kitchen and has an office, a double bedroom, a shower room and toilet. Air-conditioned office/90 X 190 cm extra bed: Orange package and a very high speed internet connection (fiber optic + WiFi in the house). The rooms are all air-conditioned: A first bedroom on the ground floor offers a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, a wardrobe-shelves area and a small desk. It is located opposite the bathroom. The second larger bedroom located upstairs offers a very nice sea view (two windows), a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe. The third bedroom is equipped with a 140 x 190 bed for 2 people. It has a sea view and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs with a 90 cm x 200 cm single bed, storage spaces, a desk and a sea view. Bathrooms/toilets: A bathroom with sink, large shower 80 cm x 120 cm, toilet and washing machine on the ground floor. A bathroom with sink and bathtub upstairs as well as a separate toilet. The Kitchen: The kitchen opens onto the living room. Fully equipped, it consists of a dishwasher, fridge – freezer, oven, stove, range hood, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils. The terrace – The pool: The terrace is composed of several spaces: - a dining area with a large table + gas grill - an outdoor seating area - the deck, the salt pool secured with alarm, an outdoor shower, deckchairs Parking is available on the grounds but also in front of the house (secure subdivision with automatic gate). Pool maintenance will be done once a week. Linens (sheets, towels, beach/pool towels, dish towels) are provided. You will have full enjoyment of the villa and pool. Other things to note Given the 4 steps that allow access to the house from the gate, our accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
