Izzy’s Apt 2: Easy Escape

This fully equipped, air-conditioned apartment on the South Coast of Grenada offers a delightful stay. It offers stunning views of Calivigny Island. It is just a 5-minute drive from Grand Anse and a 15 to 20 minute walk from Clark's Court Bay Marina. There is a gym upstairs which offers discounts to our guests, along with our taxi operator services. The space The apartment consists of a living area, fully equipped and fitted kitchen, bathroom with a heated shower, and a one bedroom fitted with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe storage, the bedroom includes a comfortable office/work desk with an ergonomic office chair for those studying or working remotely. It also boasts a newly fitted AC unit capable of cooling down the whole apartment. Guest access The apartment has a private entrance after the balcony, which is shared with two other apartments. Once you're in the unit, you'll have an entire space to yourselves complete with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Other things to note I am British/Grenadian who has lived in Grenada for 15 years. I love this Island and enjoy nothing more than sharing all my favourite places and my local knowledge with all who come to explore. Whilst it cannot be guaranteed, I can be flexible with check in/out times as I appreciate some of my guests have have long journeys so don't hesitate to ask! Please note that there is a gym located upstairs from this apartment. During peak hours, some music from the gym may be audible in the apartment, but the music is kept to a minimum and closely monitored by us, it also comes with a thick padded flooring. Additionally, it's important to be aware that the unit has a short, steep hill leading up to the front door, so it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility restrictions.
