Cozy bedroom in brand new house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, space. The bedroom is located in a spacious three-bedroom house. You will have access to the communal areas -kitchen, dining room, living room, and backyard. Located minutes from I35, 20 mins to downtown Austin, the airport, and COTA. Also, about 25 minutes to San Marcos and 45 mins to San Antonio. Buda has a beautiful, quaint downtown area that is worth exploring (only 8 mins away). The space The bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow-top, soft mattress. The bathroom will only be used by you when renting. The closet has plenty of space for you to use and dressers if needed as well. Guest access Inside communal areas, back yard and patio area, and driveway for parking. I also have a firepit that is available for use. During your stay I live here and work from home. I spend most of my time in my home office, lounging in my bedroom, enjoying coffee on my back patio, or hanging at a friends house. I am happy to give you as much space as you'd like or provide any helpful guidance on things to do around town. I have a dog that lives here with me, he is a hypoallergenic maltipoo and does not shed. He is a rescue and is scared of strangers so he will mostly hide away when guests are around.
