The space ABOUT THE AREA This home is at walking distance from Kennedy Park, Hesperian Blvd restaurants, Target, and many other shops. 6 minute walk to the bus stop with a direct bus line to Hayward BART station. Easy commute to high tech companies such as Meta, Alphabet, Tesla, Oracle, and Visa by car or by shuttle. ABOUT THE HOUSE 6 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms. In house washer and dryer. Shared kitchen, fridge, and cooking utensils (light cooking only). 3 off-street parking spots (first-come, first-serve), with plenty of street parking. Central gas heating. Near-instant water heater. Upgraded house; open floor plan, recreation room Security cameras are present to monitor the exterior of the house. NOTE: The house is not childproof, so we do not encourage small children to stay here. ABOUT THE ROOM You'll be staying in room B: A room with modern amenities, such as fast wifi, and in-wall USB outlets. The room features a convenient shared bathroom, a queen size bed, desk, chair, as well as a large closet. Flooring in the room is wood laminate. OUR RULES Cleanup after using the kitchen/bathroom/sink Quiet hours after 10 PM every day Take shoes off/wear house slippers/socks No drinking/drugs/smoking and no pets Help to take out garbage once a week. The home is shared with other residents, so be respectful of others' space, privacy, and peace. Treat others better than you would treat yourself. ABOUT YOU We are looking for tenants who are clean, quiet, not a fan of getting drunk/drugs/smoking, have no pets, do light to no cooking, and does not take 30 minutes to shower. Guest access You will be able to access the common areas such as the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, sun room, back yard. During your stay Me and my staff are accessible through AirBnb messaging and can be on-site if needed to help you with whatever you need. Mostly, I will stay out of your way. Other things to note The check-out procedures are simple: 1. Empty any of your wastebaskets into the appropriate trash cart outside. 2. Wash any silverware and kitchenware you used and put them back. 3. Remove any items in your fridge compartment and kitchen cabinet. 4. Run the dishwasher if you have any dirty dishes in there. 5. Lock your room door and the front door upon exit. Your front door access code will stop working automatically at your check-out time, so be careful not to get locked out! If you need to extend your checkout, or need to leave luggage in a common area, let us know and we will try to accommodate it if possible.
