A quick walk and you're on the white-sand shores of the Forgotten Coast. This spacious end-unit is 3 bed/2.5 bath that is fully furnished and stocked for up to 10 people. It features lovely gulf and canal views from the three covered porches, community pool & hot tub, foosball, and much more. Not to mention we are dog friendly! Bring up to 2 of your fur-babies and enjoy an amazing beach vacation! THE PROPERTY 🏝 Single-Family | 1,806 Sq Ft | Short Walk to the Beach Master Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom Two: King Bed Bedroom Three: Queen Bed, Double Bed Living Room: Pull-Out Couch PETS: The home is dog friendly - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 50lbs each. Dogs must be approved by owners and there is a $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. INDOOR LIVING: Modern beach-themed interior w/coastal touches, modern furnishings, Flat Screen TV w/Cable in living room + Smart TV for streaming services. Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2, and Loft all feature a flat screen tv with Roku for streaming services – no cable. Living Room provides breakfast bar seating, dining table seats 6, two recliners, and two couches. Board games can be found under the living room tv. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, cooking utensils, knife set, blender, coffee maker, breakfast bar, cookware, wine glasses, eating utensils, and serving ware. OUTDOOR LIVING: Garage for car or hang out spot, garage refrigerator, back porch + chairs + grill, outdoor shower, second story balcony in the front w/ocean views and back balcony with patio furniture. GENERAL: Free high-speed Wifi, central A/C and heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella, beach cart (1), grill. PARKING: Driveway (1 vehicle), Garage (1 vehicle). PLEASE DO NOT PARK MORE THAN TWO CARS. Community HOA will tow if they see cars parked in front of garage. Guest access ‘Sunburnt Sunset’ is perfectly situated just a short walk from the beach. A few great dining options are within walking distance; Mango Marley’s, Caribbean Coffee, Crazy Beach Pizza, and Shell Shack. The unit can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles, one inside the garage and the other on the side of the garage. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Local laws must be abided by. Other things to note Must sign rental agreement upon booking Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. ⛱ BYO toiletries 🏝 Comes fully stocked with all of your beach getaway essentials - including a beach cart (1) and 4 beach chairs. 🏝 Clothes Detergent, dishwasher pods and dish soap is kept stocked and available for guest use during their stay.
