Welcome to “La Vida! Beachfront Villa in the heart of Luquillo with Solar. Minutes to restaurants, shopping in town & sightseeing. You will have the entire Villa to yourselves, fully stocked with necessary essentials to enjoy peace and quiet, take walks along the coastline, do morning yoga on the beach, walk to nearby restaurants and bars. Just a 40 min drive East of San Juan Airport, 15 min drive to El Yunque Rainforest and 25 min drive to ferry or fly to world famous Culebra & Vieques Island The space Beachfront living at its finest. Located right in front of Playa Azul in Luquillo! You and up to 4 additional guests will have the entire unit to yourselves during your stay. Enjoy 2 outdoor living areas, the front of the villa has table and chairs for you to relax and watch the sunrise over the beach; while off the kitchen and dining area is a covered additional living area with seating and washer and dryer unit. This two story SOLAR home and has 2 bedrooms with brand new a/c unit. Master bedroom with King bed and ocean view. Second bedroom has full sized lower bunk and twin top bunk making it perfect for families! Infant can be considered 6th guest please let us know at booking. Pack and play and Hi-chair can be provided. Full bathroom with shower upstairs will have all teh esentials of soaps, shampoo and towels you will need. Additional half bath on 1st floor. You'll also find hair dryer, iron/board and first aid kit as well. Fully stocked kitchen, with oven, stove toaster, coffee maker as well as pots pans, and utentensils you will need to feel at home during your stay. Living area has smart TV, Netflix, Wifi, games and 1 dedicated parking space. We supply beach towels, chairs and cooler as well to make your packing a little lighter. La Vida is the perfect beachside escape in the heart of Luquillo for you and your family to enjoy! Guest access You will have access to the entire villa during your stay as well as 1 designated parking space, please plan accordingly. Please note this is not a party house. Quiest hours are from 10:00pm to 9:00am and the neighborhood is overall quiet at night. Lots of neat places to go with plenty of parking. Please view our digital guide book for our list of recommended things to do. From places to eat, places to go, fun things to do etc... Other things to note First and foremost remember you are on an island where things move at a slower pace. We ask you to be patient with the locals. Most speak English but occasionally you will come across someone who does not. Safety is very important to us and although the condo has 24 hour security cameras on the exterior we recommend you to lock your doors when not home and evenings when turning in for the night. Conserve water and electric. Condo is very airy with a constant breeze flowing throughout space. Air conditioning units in bedrooms are solely to be used when absolutely necessary. If you have the a/c's on please keep set mode to "Energy Saver" and remember to keep doors and windows closed. This will keep the apartment cool and comfortable. From time to time it may happen that the electric power goes out in the neighborhood. This is usually for a short period of time. In the event something isn't working properly thereafter, check circuit breakers located on wall next to 1/2 bathroom and kitchen. Only one vehicle is permitted per booking and is registered with security as well. Absolutely NO PARTIES or loud noises including music or television. Keep volume where neighbors are not disturbed especially after 9:00 pm Absolutely NO SMOKING/CYPHER of any kind ie: cigars, cigarettes, weed/herb/flower, vaping, etc NO PETS allowed Beach sand is to be dusted off person(s), shaken off towels and wiped off beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, shoes, etc before entering building. Replacement cost of lost keys will be charged back to guest $150.00 Only guests registered in your booking are allowed on property. Person(s) other than those agreed upon on your confirmed booking are not permitted to stay overnight in the apartment. Should this rule be broken, it is the sole responsibility of the primary booking guest. Check-in: 4:00pm Check-out: 10:00 am We offer same day turnover to keep our rates affordable.
