La Halte Cancalaise is a new house, in a quiet area, which offers all the comfort to spend pleasant holidays with family or friends. Located in a housing estate, in a dead end street, La Halte Cancalaise is ideally placed to visit Cancale and its surroundings. The space The house consists of : You will enjoy a large living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for sharing convivial moments. Thanks to its two large bay windows, the house is filled with natural light and opens directly onto the garden and outdoor spaces. La Halte Cancalaise accommodates up to 6 guests in three comfortable bedrooms, each with storage and a 140x190 double bed. On the ground floor, a Japanese-inspired bedroom features its own private bathroom with shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms welcome you and share a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. Another independent toilet is located on the ground floor for optimal convenience. La Halte Cancalaise offers a beautifully arranged and fenced garden of about 350 m² as well as two delightful terraces: the first, facing south, is ideal for enjoying sunny meals, while the second, oriented west, is perfect for an evening drink while admiring the sunset. Ideally located in a quiet residential area just a short walk from Cancale’s center and its must-see attractions, La Halte Cancalaise is the perfect starting point to explore the Emerald Coast. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms in the house except for one room upstairs which is closed and the garage is not accessible. Other things to note What you should know about the Halte Cancalaise: - Linen is optional at 20€ / pers. The linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Please bring your own tea towels. This option must be chosen at least 15 days before arrival if possible. - A member of our team will be there to welcome you on your arrival and on your departure, we will come to make sure that everything has gone well. - Late arrivals, after 8pm, are possible with a supplement of 40 € to be paid on the spot.
