Our home is ALWAYS comfy and VERY clean. Our listing includes: Private beach access, big deck, gas grill, picnic table and chairs, large yard, fire pit, tire swing, kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, a Pack N' Play crib, laundry room, full bathroom with tub, and a garage/shed. The whole house is yours during your stay. Just pack your bags, bring your family/friends, forget your troubles while you relax, rejuvenate & have a good time enjoying plenty of clean, fresh Vermont air, and a simpler lifestyle. Our place is deeded with private beach access on the gorgeous Island Pond Lake, just a short 1/10 of a mile down the road, you can easily walk to this hidden oasis. We have beach chairs, a beach umbrella with sand anchors, beach towels, 2 snorkel sets, and a big beach bag available for your convenience. Plan to pack a lunch and enjoy the day!! Do you enjoy walking in the morning or evening? The main road near our house encircles the entire lake and makes for a wonderful 5-mile round-trip excursion. It’s even perfect for a run or a bike ride with the family. The North East Kingdom has so much to offer including snowmobiling, ice skating, swimming, kayaking, hiking, biking, hunting, leaf-peeping, fishing, or just grilling outside on the back deck with a cold one. Please don't hesitate to book with us; we know you will love your stay! You will definitely need your vehicle to arrive and get around the area. Once here however, the private beach is within walking distance and the town center of Island Pond is just one mile down the road. There are two window AC units that are installed for use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Our kitchen is fully functional so you can easily cook all your own meals, should you choose to. It has a full-size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, & dishwasher. It is stocked with a variety of pots & pans, cooking utensils, a coffeemaker with filters, a microwave, a pop-up type toaster and, a toaster oven. The kitchen is stocked with sugar, salt & pepper, basic spices, & olive oil. We supply cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and first aid items.
