The space The Rookery is a large 4 bedroom / 8 berth property. Enter through the hall/lobby and you are welcomed by a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The large kitchen is equipped with American-style fridge-freezer and Rangemaster oven to cook up a feast, chill at the breakfast bar using the Sonos sound system to set the mood. Lift off the dining table top and you have yourself a competion level pool table! Use the logs provided to light the log burner and enjoy a cosy evening after a day on the beach. Patio doors open out onto a large south facing patio area with seating, BBQ and a contained garden for your dogs. Outdoor shower to freshen up after the beach, rinse wetsuits or wash those mucky pups. A 2 minute cycle takes you to the Mineral tramway coast-coast cycle trail which can take you to Portreath or as far as Devoran. The house is only a short walk to Mount Pleasant Eco-park which has regular weekend markets, places to eat, a bar and hosts regular events and festivals throughout the year.
