Relax on the dock and watch the boats go by, grab your pole and go fishing, or bring your kayak and paddle around. This one-story cottage on the river has ample sleeping room and a great view of the water - the perfect low-key vacation getaway! The space A long, paved driveway leads to this one-story house on the river. Plenty of outdoor space for activities (so bring your outdoor games!) and a dock where you can lounge, fish, or park your boat. There is direct access for small, paddled crafts. Two ample sized rooms that can accommodate 2 people each, a master suite with a king bed, and two futons in the sunroom. A large TV/living room combined with the sunroom offer plenty of space to lounge around. Guest access Green Haven Drive loops around and the house is closer to the water. There is plenty of parking on an asphalt driveway. Guests are not permitted to use the boat lifts. Other things to note The closest entry point for putting a boat in the water is at Elk Neck State Park, which is 8 miles down the road. Guests are not permitted to use the boat lifts.
