The space is comfortably equipped for up to 6 people and has everything you need to feel right at home. We have thoughtfully provided a variety of essentials accommodate you. One of our favorite features is the beautifull sunset view. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has ceramic floors and shutters throughout. The bedrooms have carpet for your comfort and a large rug in living area. Bedrooms: The main bedroom is downstairs with attached bathroom and walk in closet. Here you’ll enjoy a California King bed and 50” SmartTv. The window in this room faces north and has minimal sunlight, great for sleeping in. Main bedroom closet keeps: • ironing board • iron • steamer • laundry basket • hangers • extra Cal King linens • pac’ n play • bumbo seat • safety gate • toddler mattress The rear upstairs bedroom has the absolute greatest view. Here you can gaze at the surrounding areas to look for land marks by day or city lights by night. You never know when you’re gonna look out and see a beautiful sunset or moonrise along the Franklin mountains. The westward facing window makes for minimal sunlight in the morning so you can sleep in and relax on the luscious queen size pillow top. Hooks for towels are behind the door. You will find hangers, laundry basket and extra linens in closet. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a north facing window which like the others is great for sleeping in. Here you can relax and enjoy a 50” smartTv and Queen size pillow top. Hooks for towels are behind the door. You will find hangers, laundry basket and extra linens in closet. Common Areas: The living room has leather sofa and chaise. These are great for lounging during a movie, reading or together time. Blackout shutters can be opened to let in natural light or shut during the brightest daylight hours for anti-glare tv viewing. Complete with area rug, throw pillows and blankets for maximum comfort. The kitchen has all your cooking and baking essentials as well as dinnerware and utensils. We have provided extra plastic ware for young visitors. Enjoy the Keurig machine or drip pot for hot chocolate, tea or coffee. Feel free make use of the fridge and microwave. Store and reheat last nights takeout or save money by hitting the nearby grocery store and cook up a delicious home cooked meal. The dinning area has a sturdy stone top table with 3 chairs and a bench for meal time. As well as two bar stools for the breakfast bar and a hot/cold water dispenser. Above the water dispenser is the smart speaker which can be used to stream music, podcasts, news, forecast, clock, timer, alarm, ect. This space is great for table games and chatting. Open the shutters at sunset to enjoy the evening view. The bathrooms are small spaces that stay warm while you shower and ventilate quickly when the doors are opened. Both are stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. As well as hair dryer and makeup towels. In the back we have a simple set up for you to get some fresh air in the private yard. Wide open skyline view is wonderful at sunset, with ambient string lights in the evening or to enjoy your morning coffee with a book. You’ll have the entire place to yourself.
