Immersed in the heart of the Charente countryside, La Maison Giacomelli is surrounded by an enclosed garden with a park and a 10x5 swimming pool heated to 26°. Perfectly exposed to the southwest, it is the ideal refuge to recharge your batteries in the heart of soothing nature. Let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of the Charente, strolling through its picturesque villages: Nanteuil-en-Vallée, Verteuil-sur-Charente, Tusson… Also close to Angoulême and its cultural events. The space The gîte opens onto a large, perfectly equipped kitchen. Living room, fireplace with insert. TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney). Excellent 7 fiber Wi-Fi, for teleworking. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom with toilet. Linens are provided: Linen sheets. Cotton bath and pool towels. Air conditioning is not necessary, thanks to thick stone walls, the house stays cool. The large southwest-facing garden offers several sunny and shaded spaces, offering the possibility of being together or being alone. ⚠️ young children and people with reduced mobility: High walls without protection, interior and exterior stairs, swimming pool without protective barrier, out of sight from the kitchen and the garden where the BBQ is located. Small stairs also on the ground floor. You are in a rural hamlet in the middle of fields and a benevolent nature. The first shops are 4 km away. A car is therefore essential. I live discreetly in an annex in the back of the house, with my own access and private parking. You will have your space with all the necessary privacy: the part of the garden reserved for guests is separate from mine. The pool is shared with me, I only use it for my swimming session outside the presence of guests and I take care of its maintenance. Your privacy is respected, and I make sure to remain as discreet as possible. Privacy is a priority for me, and I appreciate that it is reciprocal ⚠️ In accordance with safety standards, the pool is closed at night by a shutter, also to avoid heat loss and water evaporation. The accommodation is perfectly equipped for working remotely: fiber internet, two bedrooms have a desk, ⚠️ For information: charcoal for the barbecue, wood for the brazier and laundry for the washing machine are not provided.
