The perfect home for a family holiday in old Ocean Grove. A modern home with fabulous indoor and outdoor spaces set on a large private and fully fenced block with gorgeous wrap around gardens. Well behaved pets are welcome. Easy walking distance to the main street shopping precinct, cafes and the beach. There is also a small strip of shops just around the corner including a milk bar, fish & chips, pizza shop and coffee caravan. The space The home has been recently completely renovated. In the modern and well appointed kitchen you will find everything you need. Outdoors there are stunning wrap around gardens, two outdoor seating areas, a bbq, cubby, trampoline, basketball hoop and mud kitchen , all private and fully fenced. The main living space has a powerful split system, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is central heating throughout. The main bathroom is central to the bedrooms and the master bedroom also has an ensuite. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body and hand washes for your stay. We offer a coffee machine and pods, sonos music system and unlimited wifi to our guests. The bedrooms are configured as one queen room, one double room and the third room has a set of bunks with full size single bed mattresses. We provide ALL LINEN! This includes sheet sets, quilts with covers, pillows with cases, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels. Guests will need to bring extra towels for the beach. Guest access The entire property with the exception of the garage, sheds and office which are locked.
