Amazing house in the middle of a Christmas Tree Farm. 1000 square foot Indoor basketball court, outdoor sand volleyball court, inground pool, outdoor kitchen with a wood fired pizza oven, 10 acres of sprawling country for complete privacy in this 6000 square foot home. Open floor plan with a large eat in kitchen equipped with stainless stain appliances. 400 square foot back patio off of the living room. There is a second living room in basement that is equipped with 3 flat screen TV's. The space Rates: Standard rate based on 10 guests. $30 per person per night for each person beyond 10. No charge for children under 3. Group size: We gladly accept groups greater than 16 people Guest access The entire house is yours. Your welcome to walk the enjoy the property Other things to note Note: This is the home our family lives in so some personal items remain in the house year round. Guest are encouraged to make themselves at home. Free free to use our spices, cookbooks, kids toys or anything you might have forgot that we have in the pantry. Our home is your home!
