Lounge in the living room with 12 ft vaulted ceilings and a 60" smart TV, or read a book in the lush, private backyard. Feel free to listen to records in the dining room, relax in the outdoor lounge chairs, or hang by the fire pit. The decor is a vintage meets modern bohemian with a southwestern flare & tons of beautiful houseplants. Located right next to Forest Park, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and parking is never an issue. There are 2 private driveways and street parking for your convenience. Guest access Guests can access entire living quarters, backyard with wrap around porch, and small greenhouse. The basement is locked and off limits to guests, but feel free to enjoy the rest of the home. Loft is also not functional and off limits. Other things to note The wood burning fireplace is unique but has not been serviced and is not currently safe for sure. Great for photo ops! Loft in living room is also not functional and off limits.
