The space The house is on one level to make it easier for anyone to access. The rooms have blackout blinds to block out the light if desired. Each room has air-conditioning and a TV. The kitchen and living room also have air conditioning to maintain a cool environment at all times. Other things to note For your information, as it is a newly created subdivision, there is still a sector that is under construction; this area does not interfere with the comfort of your stay. The clubhouse has an unheated and uncovered pool, subject to constant cleaning and maintenance by the subdivision's administration.
