The space The house was built in 1911 and has been family-owned ever since. In 2021, it was lovingly renovated and modernized. 100 square meters of living space are divided into 2 levels. On the first floor is the bathroom with bath and shower. In a separate room you will find the washer and dryer. The large, fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place to cook, eat and chat. Books and games are provided in case boredom arises. The bedroom has 2 single beds (90 × 200 cm). Upstairs is a large living room with a great view over the dike to the Au. The second bedroom has a double bed (160 × 200 cm). Next to it you will find the guest bathroom. In addition, the house has a carport and another parking space at the house. You are welcome to store your bikes in the shed. The large fenced garden (80 cm high) with the 30-sqm covered terrace invites you to linger even in drizzling rain. Other things to note In February 2023, two beautiful playgrounds were opened in our village. Here, young and old can romp and climb extensively.
