Cozy family room with 2 separate rooms on the 2nd floor of our private house in Stadl-Paura. Quiet location near the river, just minutes from the equestrian center. You can reach Gmunden in about 20 minutes and the highway in 15 minutes. Ideal for riders, vacationers and those passing through. Warm, private ambience. Important: * The bathroom is shared with the guests of the adjacent room (max. 2 people). Arrive and feel good House with ♥️ The space The accommodation has 2 connected bedrooms, each with a double bed (1× 190 × 200 cm, 1× 160 × 200 cm) and 1× (90 × 200 cm). We are happy to provide a baby cot on request. The oiled wooden floors create a cozy atmosphere. In the room, you will find a coffee maker as well as plates and cutlery for small meals. Please note that there may be occasional noise disturbances due to construction work in the area. Not a picture-postcard setting – but a cozy place to arrive, sleep in and feel good. Perfect for those who value peace and want to explore the surroundings. Our property is located in a quiet residential area. The bathroom is shared – so far, that has always worked out perfectly. 😊 Stay with us privately and warmly. There are two guest rooms that share a bathroom – don't worry, there hasn't been a line-up yet. 😉 Our cats and our dog are usually happy to have visitors (or ignore them very professionally). During the week, it can occasionally get a bit louder due to construction work – but in the evening, it is usually wonderfully quiet again.
