This is the perfect place to get away -- peaceful and fun, but just an hour from downtown Chicago. 7 min drive from the sandy beach and hiking trails at Silver Lake, 20 min to Lake Geneva, and 10 min to skiing at Wilmot. The space Two story, three bedroom, two bath lake house on a double lot with plenty of outdoor space in front (fenced) and back (unfenced). The house is recently renovated and decorated with multiple areas to eat, hang out, and relax. Queen beds in two bedrooms, an extra twin bed in the main suite, and an *exceedingly sturdy* bunk bed with a full bottom level and twin top level make space for up to 8 people. We're very committed to keeping the house clean and fresh and appreciate guests who won't wear shoes in the house. An entry area with benches and coat hanging space make it easy to leave footwear and jackets at the door. Guest access Park in front, where three cars fit easily and as many as 5 can pull up if needed. Electric charging available for EVs - ready to go for Teslas, but bring your adapter if you have a different brand of electric vehicle. House is equipped with a smart lock for easy access.
