Relax on the Sun Deck, Rain Deck or in the Courtyard’s Tropical Garden The day time peaceful beauty is only eclipsed by the the nighttime display of laser lights projected onto the oaks canopy. The space The Treehouse over the Courtyard is designated as Small Space Design #1 and is powered by 24 Solar Panels, allowing guests to visit St. Augustine with little or no carbon footprint. Park your car in your own dedicated off street parking. Relax in the Serene Courtyard Garden who’s daytime beauty is only eclipsed by a nighttime display of thousands of laser light projected on the canopy of a century’s old live oak tree. The Treehouse features a full-size bed on the second floor a small indoor shower and a large bamboo enclosed heated outdoor shower. The kitchenette is streamlined but contains everything a normal kitchen has: two burner stovetop, sink, small refrigerator, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, a microwave and a 5 cup coffee maker. An array of snack, coffee, creamer and sweeteners are out for your enjoyment. Other vacation spots claim that they are downtown but are miles away, here, The Treehouse is a short walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. The Treehouse is a safe, peaceful place for an afternoon nap, so you can save up energy for a night in the historic district. Sleeping in the trees in good weather is only surpassed by the gentile sway that bad windy weather affords to a night in the ancient oak tree. Guest access The Courtyard Garden is tranquil respite from the day to day distractions of a busy life. It ‘s gathering place to shared the incredible laser light during the warmer weather and during cool weather the fire in the fire pit is a great place to relax with a beer or a glass of wine. A washer and dryer is on site Other things to note Non-aggress dog breeds are welcome. We know and understand that aggression is on the owner and not the breed, but our insurance is less sensitive and we have other guests that might be scared of “ dangerous breed “.
