Centrally located to West Melbourne Mall (3 mins), MLB Airport (8 mins), FIT (7 mins), Orlando Int’l Airport(1 hr), Homes Regional Hospital (8 mins), L3Harris, Collins, Northrop, & GE (8 mins), Indialantic Beach (12 mins) and to the historic downtown Melbourne (8 mins). The space Studio includes a full bathroom and has a kitchenette (no sink). The Studio also has a queen size bed that fits two people. Guest has the option to turn Bed into sofa (futon). Studio is private and locked off from main house. There is one interior steel door that connects to the main house and it's dead-bolted which prevents entrance from either side. It's great for short term stays. The main house is also rented per bedroom as a short term-rental. Guest access Driveway for guest and private entrance. Security camera is setup to monitor vehicle in driveway for extra safety and security motion censored light as well. Self-check-in with smart keyless lock. TV HBO Max is provided and will give you access to free movies and shows. You are also welcome to log in to any streaming services that you already subscribe to (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and so on). Other things to note This is a non-smoking property. Please take a walk away from the property if you are a smoker.
