Women only in private upstairs room with an extremely comfortable double bed, luxurious pillows, quality linens and bathroom just outside the bedroom. The common area is very comfortable and the house is centrally located and in a quiet area very close to the Children's & Foothill's Hospitals, UofC and the Bow river paths, Edworthy park, Kensington shops and restaurants, Malls & great transit Quiet home for working, healing or studying. LGTBQ Ally The space This property is very clean, quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The room is on the top floor at the back of the home and looking out at a park like setting. The environment is welcoming, relaxing and close to the river where there are walking paths that go all the way along the river through Kensington all the way to Princess Island Park and downtown. Please note that there is often dogs in the home. Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces except the other bedrooms and the front living room. I mostly have med students that come from all over Canada as guests but also people moving to Calgary and looking for work or a permanent place or patients or family of patients so it is quiet but the guests are interesting and there are some great conversations in the kitchen. During your stay Your space is very private and comfortable and you are very welcome to utilize the common space. I try to always greet my guests and show you around and answer any questions you may have and am always available if needed. Other things to note I have 2 rooms available on Airbnb that are only rented to women and 1 per room so there is a possibility that you will have to share the bathroom if the other room is rented; however, it will be with 1 woman only as I am in the master with an ensuite. I occasionally dog sit so there is the possibility there will be a dog staying in the home. I am always home so the dog would rarely be left alone and often I take them with me when I go out. If you would like it I can, for a $30 fee upfront, go to Safeway on your behalf and have your groceries waiting for you in the fridge and will send you a copy of the receipt. Just let me know if this is a service you would like and send me your shopping list and everything will be waiting for you when you arrive in town. If you want to rent both rooms, or the private suite downstairs for the same time period let me know and we can look at the calendars. Registration Details Exempt
