Vintage relaxing Villa with garden & amazing view!

Traditional Cephalonian Villa on the mountain's slope, with an incredible unlimited view, in a great location (3 Km from Ag. Effimia village, 6 Km from Myrtos beach, 25 Km from Fiskardo village), accommodates six to seven people in 3 bedrooms with brand new anatomic mattresses, and two bathrooms arranged in a two stories building, with a fully equipped kitchen and a great big garden full of fruitful trees! This is a traditional villa, furnished with vintage furniture that makes the wooden interion even more beautiful! The building is placed in a plot full in trees that provides a greenery environment! The village is very peaceful, with not a lot of people around. This silence will let you relax and enjoy your stay! Early in the morning you might hear from the other side of the valley, the sheep's bells when the herds start their day! This is an entire two stories house in a plot that has a lot of height differences. Because of that you must be informed that there are a lot of stairs in and out of the building. There are two entrances in the premise, one from the lower level of the plot, direct from the main road that goes through the village, and one from higher level of the plot, that leads to the car parking space. There is a big parking space that can fit two to three cars. There are stairs that lead from the parking space to the villa, and then from the villa to the lower entrance. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, two with a double bed (one bed measured 140x195 cm, and the other measured 120x195cm), and one with two single beds (each bed measured 80x195cm), as well as a big bathroom with a very big bath tub. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (electric kitchen, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster), a bathroom with a small bath tub and a new washing machine, a very big living room with a dining table, and a bedroom with a double bed (measured 140x195 cm) . There are 3 new air-contions and fans one in each bedroom at the upper floor, and a portable one in the living room. The patio in front of the ground floor, as well as the balcony on the first floor, provides you with an unlimited view of the lower garden and the valley. The villa is facing south, allowing you to have your breakfast outside everyday, enjoying the peace while planning your day! There are two big square umbrella's that could be installed to provide you shade on the mid-day. Wi-Fi is also installed. The garden is full of fruitful trees that have many delicious fruits and you are most welcome to try! Oranges, lemons, apples, grapes, figs and more are waiting to please you. Depending on the length of your stay, there might be the need for someone to come and water the garden. This will be decided after considering you. You should also know that Cephalonia is a very green island that has a lot of wasp's. Due to the fruitful garden of our plot, you might have a lot of them flying around. We will have installed on trees or on the ground, some DIY non chemicals traps to try and lure them away from the house. Also since this is a villa build in nature, you must expect garden bug around and in the house as long as you have doors and windows' nets open. Also, cats live around the village and you might see them walking through the plot. To reach the villa or to visit places around Cephalonia, you'll need a car or a motorcycle. Public transportations are rear in this island, and are not flexible on hour's or locations. Also be informed that on the higher level of the premise, right above the road passing over it, as in all the villages of Cephalonia, there is the village's old cemetery, as well as the church of St Constantin. On the great Greek Orthodox celebration, this church might perform the orthodox ceremonies', otherwise it is closed and not visitable. You are most welcome though to visit the cemetery and admire the older graves.
