Wake up to the sound of birds and the ocean in a peaceful setting overlooking a nature reserve and lagoon yet only a short drive to Terrigal. The newly renovated property is only 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. It also has a fabulous hot tub and garden overlooking peaceful Wamberal nature reserve and lagoon set in a perfect position for sunsets. The space The master suite with ensuite shower opens up onto the garden deck with sun loungers and hot tub, which overlooks the nature reserve. We also have an oversized luxury master bathroom and additional large bedroom overlooking the front garden that can be separated into a self contained suite with either a king size bed or separate long single beds depending on your preference. The main living area offers an inside /outside living dining area with a new well equipped kitchen that opens onto the rear garden with sliding doors. Guest access Guests have private access to the back garden. For guests staying longer than 3 nights we can give them access to the shared laundry. Other things to note Sheridan bedding and towels are provided. We also provide beach towels. Please be aware when requesting to make a booking, we will not accomodate guests with less than 5 positive review from previous reservations. The property is also the downstairs part of our home and we live upstairs sometimes when not in Sydney. We are quiet, but you may hear footsteps on the floorboards above.
