Pricing negotiable with host for long term stay (more than a month stay) Guest access This is a finished basement bedroom( 12 ft x 18 ft). Inside door (see picture) opens to an adjacent open room that will lead you to bathroom(toilet & shower). The bedroom has heat and AC. How ever, the adjacent room where bathroom is located has no AC. It has a window in laundry area for ventilation. Bedroom has a queen size bed and sofa-can convert to twin bed.- I only allotted one guest. There will be $15/night additional charge for each additional guest, up to total of 3 guests only. Long term stay= 20% disc for a month. Private parking for 2 cars for your use. You may use street parking in front of house if you prefer. Guests can have access to the front and back patios, Will provide towels, soap & shampoo. You are welcome to bring takeout foods to eat in your room. You may use the microwave and refrigerator located in adjacent room. I will give you a key on check in if you are staying for more than 1 night to use during the duration of your stay. Please don’t forget to leave key when you check out.
