Pricing negotiable with host for long term stay (more than a month stay) Guest access This is a finished basement bedroom( 12 ft x 18 ft). Inside door (see picture) opens to an adjacent open room that will lead you to bathroom and a kitchenette. The bedroom has heat and AC. How ever, the adjacent room where bathroom is located has no AC nor heat( space heater is available if needed), It has a window in laundry area for ventilation. Bedroom has a queen size bed and sofa-can convert to twin bed.- I only allotted one guest. There will be $15/night additional charge for each additional guest, up to total of 3 guests only. Long term stay= 15% disc for a month. Private parking for 2 cars for your use. You may use street parking in front of house if you prefer. Guests can have access to the front and back patios, Will provide towels, basic soaps & shampoo, if you did not bring your personal use. Also a kitchenette with kitchen sink, table for 2, mini refrigerator, airfryer, microwave, coffee maker, and water kettle. Please bring your own coffee ( ground or keurig) or tea. I will give you a key on check in if you are staying for more than 1 night to use during the duration of your stay. Please don’t forget to leave key when you check out.
