Colonial house in the centre, two blocks from Plaza de Armas and one block from 5 de Mayo. 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. 9 double beds, 3 single beds and 3 extra mattresses that can be added on the floor. Price for 16 people max. Maximum capacity: 20 with an extra cost of 289 per night for each guest over 16. 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 4 shared bathrooms. Living room and Kitchen on the 2nd Floor. 5 balconies. Patio w/fountain, green wall and Asador. Wifi. We do not have parking. IMPORTANT: there is 1 rescued kitten The space We do not have parking but there are several boarding houses nearby and it is also possible to park for free on the street. We also don't have a laundry room, but there are several laundromats within walking distance. Only for quiet and respectful groups, preferably families. Only quiet daytime gatherings are allowed between guests confirmed on the reservation. We are in the first block of the Historic Center, so everything is within walking distance: cafes, terraces, museums, theaters, restaurants, tourist attractions, bars, etc. The aqueduct is 4 blocks away on foot. The area is very nice, safe and quiet. There are several shops nearby, greengrocers and fruit shops, pharmacies, etc. The Mercado de la Cruz is only 4 blocks away. The price shown in the listing is for a maximum of 16 people, and a maximum of 16 guests can be confirmed through Airbnb. Extra people (up to 20) only pay $270 pesos per night in cash at check-in. FIRST FLOOR layout: 2 half bathrooms and 2 showers for bedrooms 1, 3 and 4. Only room 5 has a private bathroom inside. Room 1: 1 single bed. Room 3 and 4: 1 single bed and 1 double bed each. Room 5: 2 queen size beds. SECOND FLOOR. Kitchen and Living Room. Only rooms 6 and 7 have a private bathroom inside. 2 full bathrooms for rooms 8, 9 and 11. Rooms 6, 7, 9 and 11; 1 double bed each; Room 8: 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Rooms 7, 8 and 11 have a balcony. Rooms 7 and 8, 8 and 9 can be connected as needed. If you want to have cleaning done every day of your stay, it costs $1,000 pesos per day, which can be paid in cash at check-in, and must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance. In the case of events, we reserve the right to charge an extra amount, depending on the characteristics of the event, its duration and the number of attendees. Other things to note At night we recommend keeping the car(s) in a nearby parking lot, for extra security.
