Spectacular Mountain Views Condo

Enjoy amazing views from our loved homey condo in the beautiful mountains of Southern Colorado. Escape the big tourist destinations and enjoy the mountains from the calm of our rural condo and the numerous mountain trails right out your door. The space PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE RESERVING The condo is about 600 square feet with great views from every room but the bathroom! Living room: You'll enjoy beautiful views from the living room looking out the windows! There is a loved couch and rocker and a newer recliner. There is WIFI and a Roku TV. Decks: There are 2 decks, one off the living room has a bbq, table and chairs. It is also a good spot to hang up our hummingbird feeder and enjoy watching the hummingbirds! There is another deck off the main bedroom also with a table and chairs. Both have fantastic views. Kitchen: The kitchen is very small but fully stocked. There is a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, small sink and small fridge. Master bedroom: Queen bed with attached deck. There is a dresser for storing clothes and a closet with storage and small fans. Second bedroom: Trundle twin bed with accordion door separating it from the hallway. *Please note the accordion door does not allow for much privacy or sound-proofing from the living room/kitchen area. If both twin beds are used there is very little room left in the second bedroom!* There is a closet with a small ironing board, small step ladder, TV trays, and vacuum. Bathroom: One full bath with shower and tub. ***Please note the space is up many stairs so it is not easily accessible to people with limited mobility. From the parking to the condo you must go down about 21 steps then back up another 21 steps.*** Fun: We have frisbees for the frisbee golf course and golf putters and balls for the miniature golf course nearby. We also have snowshoes and sleds for winter visitors. There are a few games, book, kid books, and kid toys. Guest access You will have the whole place to yourself. Other things to note NO PETS
