Spend relaxing days in our cozy, sunny apartment. You can easily park your car in the underground parking garage and take the tram to the state capital of Innsbruck. In winter, you can reach the Schlick 2000 valley station 1 km away by ski bus, or the Stubai Glacier 25 km away. The stops are a few meters in front of the house. A grocery store is a 3-minute walk away and a sports shop is in the neighborhood. The space The studio is located in a small residential complex with only 9 condominiums. From the underground car park you can reach the south and west-facing apartment by elevator or on foot. The large window areas can be darkened if necessary by means of electric venetian blinds and the underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth everywhere. If you want, you have the opportunity to set up a workplace in the living/sleeping area. Of course, this can also be moved to the terrace in fine weather. In the kitchenette, equipped with everything you need, there is a washing machine that can be used. In the bathroom you will find a spacious shower next to the sink and the toilet. Hairdryer, soap and shower gel are of course available. Suitcases, bags, skis, etc. can be stored in the basement compartment during the stay. Here you will also find the vacuum cleaner, the mop and the clothes rack if necessary. Attention: the underground garage has a height restriction of 2.10 m.
