The space Aora Dua boasts a fresh neutral palette and coastal vibes throughout, with vaulted ceilings upstairs combining a unique vintage ambience. The living and dining areas – which are enclosed so that you can retreat from the Bali heat – overlook the generously-sized pool; while three queen-size bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms (complete with bespoke soaps and hairdryer) and plush bedding. With all the mod-cons you can expect from boutique accommodation – air-conditioning, in-room safes, 42-inch Smart TV with Netflix, strong 75mbps Wi-Fi, international power plugs and kitchen stocked with all the essential equipment – relaxation is at the heart of Aora Dua. Chill out poolside on a sun bed amongst the tropical gardens, or enjoy views of downtown Seminyak from the upstairs balcony. A kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster and blender add extra convenience. For those who like to combine work and play, monitor and desk chair can be provided. Guest access The team will be on-site to greet you and to ensure you have everything you need. The villa has scooter parking available, there is no on-site car parking. AIRPORT TRANSFERS: The rate includes arrival airport transfers for up to 6 guests in 2 cars. For departure transfers, these can be arranged with our friendly drivers for 230k per car one-way (up to 4 guests + luggage). BREAKFAST: The villa will be pre-stocked with the essentials for your arrival, please note this is not restocked during your stay. If you would like a full breakfast the team is available to prepare breakfast for you on request, the groceries will be an additional charge. LATE CHECK OUT: To guarantee a late check out and block the villa, the cost is 50% of the nightly rate. Late check out is available free of charge however it is not guaranteed. If a booking is received after you have booked arriving on your check out date, a late check out will not be possible. Availability changes frequently, please confirm availability for a non guaranteed late check out with the Villa Manager upon your arrival. CULTURAL CONSIDERATIONS: Please be aware that Bali Nyepi (Silent) Day is on 19 March 2026. There will be no daily housekeeping or services available on these dates. Nyepi is a day of absolute silence throughout the island. Activities outside of the villa compound are not permitted, including check in and check out. The use of lights should be kept to a minimum, the pool and garden lights will be turned off.
