Nice view of the harbor. Own private terrace around the apartment. Own entrance. There is a communal swimming pool on the roof, with elevator and tropical garden. Everything within walking distance, supermarket, restaurants, shops, beach. Capacity for 6 people. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children. The space Both bedrooms have a double bed. Guest access If you are coming by plane, you can take a taxi, it takes about 15 min drive to the marina harbour. If you are hiring a car, there is public parking at 120 meters. There is a charge of 1 eur/day. In the summer time it can be difficult to find a parking spot. At 350 meters you have an underground public parking. They charge aprox 15 €/day, the longer you park, the better rate you get. Other things to note On arrival we ask for a deposit for possible damage, loss of keys, etc. The amount is 300 eur and has to be paid in cash. On departure, the apartment will be checked and you will receive the deposit back. Late check in: arrival after 9 pm a supplement of 30 eur will be charged.
