No pets allowed please. The space Remodeled space, attached to single family residence. Private entrance, in downtown. Walking distance to shops, trails and river park. 2 full size beds, two rooms, with closet space and coffee maker. Private bathroom. Is attached to residence but has a private entrance, no contact with resident required. Easy access to washer and dryer. One hour drive to local ski resorts and the Continental Divide. Short drive to Colorado's 14ers, local Hot springs (Mt. Princeton and Cottonwood). variety of restaurants, bars and breweries. A 1/2 mile walk to the Arkansas river park and South Main attractions. No pets allowed. Free wifi. Guest access Private entrance with keyless entry/key pad. Direct access to Main street through back gate. Easy access to washer and dryer. During your stay I am available through Airbnb app. I am also able to greet you upon arrival if you would like, just give me a heads up when you book! Other things to note I do share my residence with a very sweet but high energy medium size dog named Daisy....I will make sure she is inside when you arrive!
