The space Only a 15 minute drive from Puerto Plata airport and a short walk from the beaches of Sosua, you will find Tropix, a charming family style guest house offering a peaceful, friendly alternative to the bigger resorts. Tropix is comprised of five buildings set amongst lush gardens and surrounding the pool. There are a total of ten rooms, four of which are double suites, accommodating up to five guests. The hotel offers an inexpensive breakfast served poolside. A small communal kitchen is also available to guests who may wish to prepare their own meals. Although secluded, Tropix is within easy walking distance to Sosua's restaurants and shops. It also serves as a convenient starting point to those wishing to tour the beautiful Dominican countryside.
