Family kid games in the living room entertainment center. The space Master bedroom (Queen), Guest bedroom (Queen), and dorm-style guest bedroom with two Bunk Beds (4 twins) Guest access Upon entering your rental property you instantly access your private and spacious parking area out front. The main home offering an indoor laundry area. The backyard offers lounging & seating areas, a grill, small pool & screened-in patio with arcade-style games. Private wooden dock & fish cleaning station right in your backyard. Downstairs storage area is not accessible. Other things to note This is a privately owned single family home located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There is a 28-day minimum stay requirement due to our county rental restrictions. Also, we have a local tax that will be added to your reservation. Send us an inquiry for more information. We highly recommend and appreciate greatly that you and your guests take the trash out for pick up throughout your stay. Excess towels can be easily washed in the convenient laundry room during your stay and please leave all dishes clean upon departure. If you would like to coordinate a convenient mid-stay clean please let us know. The Arcade games featured in the screened-in patio are exposed to the outdoor salt water air. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that they will all be in fully functioning order all of the time. If any of them seem not to function properly, then please let our property management team know.
