Guest suite in Chicago

Our place is a short walking distance to everything. “Timeout” rated Andersonville #2 of the “worlds coolest neighborhoods”. Check out their Neighborhood Guide online for the best restaurants, bars & shops to visit. You’ll love your suite because of the quiet ambiance, location, complete privacy and NO cleaning fee. We are close to public transport and about 1 mile to the lakefront & Lake Shore Drive. 5 miles N of downtown Chicago. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The space The fully Private Suite, with private entrance, consists of an enclosed screened porch, bedroom, living room & private bath. There is an efficiency kitchenette consisting of fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, teapot (coffee, tea, sugar & creamer) and we provide utensils, cups, plates, etc. This is not a full kitchen, as there is no stove or kitchen sink. Living area with TV & wifi, desk, couch & chairs. In the bathroom you will find plenty of towels, tissue, hair dryer, various toiletries and a large shower. The bedroom features a queen size bed, large closet, dresser & luggage racks. Always beautiful, fresh linens, extra pillows & blankets. The suite is located on the 2nd floor of our home which provides a great view of our garden and the surrounding neighborhood from your private enclosed porch. There are 2 sets of stairs, a short set to the entry door and one flight to the 2nd floor. The porch can be heated, by request (with a small extra fee) when the outdoor temps are above freezing. The private entrance makes it easy for you to come & go as you please. The entry to the suite has a coded lock. Guest access Guests are always welcome to sit out in our yard. Plenty of chairs and picnic table. Other things to note You will find a iron & mini ironing board in the closet. For a longer stay (over 2 weeks) I will do a load of laundry once a week, free of charge. Registration Details R22000077486
