Locally owned shops, restaurants, and the UMF campus are steps away. It's the perfect home away from home for the outdoor enthusiast, visiting professional, or those in town to visit family or student. The space The loft is a newly constructed open-concept apartment located in a historic building in downtown Farmington. When you arrive, you'll enter through a back alley and ascend the stairs to your private hideaway. When you enter, you'll discover a contemporary and uber-comfy apartment with a kitchen designed for cooking ease, a lovely private bath where you can wash off your travels, and a king-sized bed beckoning you to kick off your shoes and put up your feet. If you must work, pour yourself a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the relaxing workspace and free wifi. Guest access Guests will have full access to the loft. The backdoor to the loft will remain locked, as it accesses the pottery studio as well as the downstairs retail and office spaces. On the weekends Parking is free all weekend at the courthouse parking lot directly across the street from the loft! Other things to note There is public parking on Anson Street, about a two minute walk from the loft. You may leave your car there overnight. Also on the weekends the parking area directly across from the loft, the courthouse employee parking is free for you to use! Just make sure you move your car by 7 AM Monday morning, unless it’s a holiday!😁
