Large coastal duplex (2,500 sqft) with a Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV), shared boat ramp & dock (tidal creek), and across the street from a beach access. There is plenty of space for you and your family and friends in this 5-bed/5-bath home. Enjoy the breeze coming in from Big Bay Creek on the screened-in patio or either of the two outdoor decks. Relax inside the open concept dining and living space after a fun day at the beach. The space Sleeping arrangements: Second floor. BR 1- King bed with en-suite bathroom BR 2 - King bed with private deck. **This room does not have en-suite bathroom, but there is 5th bathroom just down the hall. BR 3 - Queen bed with en-suite bathroom First Floor- BR 4 - Queen bed with en-suite bath BR 5- Two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin; twin over full).)There is a bathroom just outside the door to this room, but not directly connected. Common areas: Living room, Kitchen with brand-new appliances, dining area with large table, screened in porch with table for six, outdoor porch. Outdoor: Picnic table and seating under the house, outdoor shower, semi-private dock (shared with other unit in duplex) semi-private boat launch. Beach Access: We are located 3 houses down from beach access #36. We find this part of the beach to be quieter and the water to generally be calm and gentle. It is a wonderful beach for everyone, but particularly great for families with young children. Guest access Parking available on premises. Rental includes option for use of on-site 6-seater LSV to get around the island and visit other beaches. Please note: Use of the LSV is subject to completion of application and cleaning/processing fees, which are not a part of the listing price. These are about $200.
