Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located on a quarter acre lot fully fenced. We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play. The space This recently renovated house has three bedrooms and one full bathroom. This house has a private entrance and dedicated parking area. We have plenty of parking for your atv or motorcycle trailers, too. Check-in is easy with a keyless entry. Just enter the code and don't worry about keeping track of keys. You will find a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area plus a full-size bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities and supplies you will need for preparing home cooked meals and dining together with friends and family. The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and other online streaming apps, so you can watch your favorite movies and TV shows. The full-size bathroom has plenty of towels and plenty of linens. There are three bedrooms with beautiful handmade beds. There are closets for storing your clothes and suitcases. Outside guests have access to the large yard, fire-pit, and patio. You can enjoy the outdoors and spend time relaxing on the patio or around the campfire at night. We ask that you do not leave your pets unattended. you also need to pick up after your pets poop outside or there is an additional cleaning fee of $90. As your hosts, it is our goal to make your stay with us a good one. We have provided all the supplies and amenities you would have at home, and we include firewood for the fire pit. We do have a washer or dryer in the house for you to use. Cozy Emmett house is available for short - and long-term stays. Contact me for more information or if you have questions. Other things to note We do charge an extra fee of $80 if you stay longer then 3 weeks because it takes our cleaners longer to clean it.
