Modern haystack with spacious sheltered garden!

Relax in this modern and comfortable haystack with spacious sheltered garden, close to the IJssel and in the middle of a Natura 2000 area, but also a stone's throw away from beautiful Hanzestad Zwolle. The space Welcome! This classically built (2021) and modernly furnished haystack is located on the spacious yard of a typical Salland farmhouse. The detached haystack has its own entrance and a spacious sheltered garden located on the southwest. From the living room, the sheltered garden can be reached via a 4-meter wide glass sliding door. This garden, overlooking meadows, is exclusively available to our guests. In the haystack, there are two sleeping areas. A bedroom downstairs with a box spring of 160x200 (with best-tested topper from Matt Sleeps!) and a bedroom in the loft with a single bed. Sleeping separately is therefore possible. In the warm spring and summer months, the downstairs bedroom can be cooled by a fixed air conditioning. All tilt windows have fixed screens. Guest access Herxen is a hamlet in the municipality of Olst-Wijhe (province of Overijssel). The yard is almost directly on the IJsseldijk. The area is great for long walks and bike rides. A dip in the IJssel is also within reach, due to the many small sandy beaches (floodplains) along the IJssel. The area is designated as a Natura 2000 area. Nature and bird lovers can indulge here. In addition to the beautiful immediate surroundings, Herxen is also a good base for visiting the beautiful Hanseatic cities of Zwolle (10 km to the heart of the city center) and Deventer (25 km). The bus stop of Herxen is about 1 kilometer from the Hooiberg. Zwolle train station is about 10 kilometers from the Hooiberg. Herxen has a village house with a large terrace, where you can also eat and drink. Otherwise, Herxen has no amenities. The nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Other things to note Smoking and pets are not allowed in the haystack. The garden and terrace adjacent to the Hooiberg are exclusively for guests. There is a simple TV with Chromecast (no regular channels, only streaming). The haystack is less suitable for children due to the loft and open staircase. The sofa has a low seat, the bedroom has a limited size. Difficulty walking? Then this haystack is less suitable.
