Hey traveler! Whether a wedding, getaway, or event brings you to Nampa, this modern home prioritizes cleanliness and comfort. From 6 dreamy beds, a soothing hot tub and games, to a full kitchen and spacious yard, it's a house of total relaxation and fun. At this centrally-located, immaculate house, you're close to shopping, dining and the Ford Idaho Center, Mint Barrel Barn, and Still Water Hollow. Yet, in such a quiet neighborhood you'll be able to relax, sleep, and have a blast peacefully. Not a company or management firm, and we'll always get back to you as soon as possible. RELAX AWAY To call it an open floor plan is to put it mildly. The kitchen and living room combine under high angled ceilings for a stellar eating, lounging & viewing area that in daytime is beautifully lit. The brand new couch might persuade you to stay there for the night instead of heading to a bed. Plants and greenery are a definite comfort theme without being in the way. Enjoy all the Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube you'd like on a brand new 65' mounted Philips TV. If Xbox is anyone's thing, you'll find it in the master bedroom (because it also supplies Netflix for bedroom binging) but feel free to move it to the living area. Both bathrooms will be spotless, and while the guest BA is smaller, it has a bathtub that pairs excellently with our new, piping hot water heater. BACKYARD & HOT TUB If you're feeling outdoor relaxation, a hot tub, hammock and fire pit have your name on them! The tub seats 6 with a lounger seat. We will have some wood on hand for a fire, but please plan on bringing/purchasing some if you plan for multiple fires. FEAST AWAY Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, seasonings & spices, popcorn maker with kernels, electric kettle, waffle maker, Nutri Bullet, Kitchen Aid mixer, Sodastream, and a Black & Decker Coffee grinder/brewer combo. We provide ground coffee for you, and the brand new LG refrigerator has filtered water dispenser and ice maker. Around the island are four modern stools, with a nearby dining table that has 5 stools. Together with the huge couch and ottoman, seating for 13 is plenty doable. The back yard features a 5-burner gas grill on the huge patio along with an electric smoker - we'll have the wood chips! SLEEP AWAY The master bedroom has a new Casper foam king bed. Another bedroom has a queen and a full size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen while the 4th room has a bunkbed (the bottom is a full size that folds up into a couch). And again, if you're a large group, the couch is terrific in a pinch. Considering that and a premium blow up mattress we have, 14 people can sleep here. Please note, because of the fold-up ability of the bottom bunk bed, it is not the most comfortable of our sleep options. WORK - AND WORKOUT - IF NEED BE Wi-fi works everywhere, and the open layout of the living area makes for a great workspace. For exercise, feel free to use the 10-20-pound kettlebells, a 30-lb dumbbell, and thoroughly-cleaned yoga mats + foam roller. PARK IT ANYWHERE The garage fits two cars easily and a ton of storage. Street parking is abundant so virtually any number of cars will be fine.
