Located about 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bus from Los Cristianos. Upon arrival, you will find the basic welcome necessities. For the rest of the stay, each guest independently provides what they need (e.g. toilet paper, soap, etc.) The space The room has a private bathroom for exclusive use. It is an ideal solution for those looking for a practical and independent stay in a shared apartment. The common areas of the house (kitchen, dining room, balcony and laundry) are shared with other guests. Guest access -Use of the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and balcony is allowed from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. -After use, it is necessary to leave everything clean and tidy to allow other guests to use it. -The kitchen is only allowed for quick and easy preparations. Cooking for a long time or in a complex way is not allowed. - The oven is only available for heating or for small and quick preparations. After use, leave it clean. During your stay The main contact is by phone and WhatsApp, and I always respond as soon as possible. Other things to note -🚫👥 It is strictly forbidden to invite or allow unregistered people into the house. -🚭Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. -There are no extra changes of towels or sheets in addition to those provided upon arrival. -🧺Laundry (use of the washing machine) is available during the permitted hours and includes up to 2 washes per week, plus 1 extra wash for the room linen. -🗑️It is the responsibility of the guests to regularly dispose of waste 🚮 and maintain order and cleanliness in the spaces used. -The cleaning lady comes by once a week to go over the common areas. -🎧 Out of respect for other guests, the use of a phone, iPad, or PC with audio is only allowed with earphones, especially in the evening hours. - As this is a shared apartment, minor inconveniences related to living with other guests may occasionally occur. Such situations are not attributable to the host; in any case, I am always available to help manage and resolve any problems in the best possible way. - Any extra services are to be understood as a courtesy and not included in the reservation.
