Typical old farm in the Vallée de la Clarée fully restored, in which you can spend pleasant holidays in the heart of a protected valley with family or friends. Our house is located at the end of the village of Val des Prés, close to the torrent and at the start of many hikes or simple walks. In winter, you have direct access to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. The space The house is on 3 levels, each level being about fifty square meters. It is thus very well insulated and heated with oil with underfloor heating or radiator depending on the rooms. You have a private garden but it is not fenced. From the house, there are several paths, for all levels of walkers, as well as paths for mountain biking The town of Briançon and the resorts of Montgenèvre and Serre-Chevalier are 15 minutes away by car and give you access to a multitude of activities (skiing, swimming pool, ice rink, white water sports, etc.) Other things to note The house is made to accommodate 9 people. We will ask you upon arrival for €30 for any additional person over 2 years old. Linens are not provided, they can be provided if necessary. At the beginning of the stay, we will ask you for a contribution for the cleaning costs of the linen of: - €15 per pair of sheets - €7 towel kit for 1 person (1 large + 1 smaller) + 1 bath mat for the stay Each bed is equipped with a comforter and a pillow. The beds are all single beds of 80 x 200 cm; so if you make a double bed by bringing 2 beds together, you need sheets of 160 x 200.
