Sunny Bohemian Flat in Beautiful Neighborhood

My sunny & spacious flat is situated in the charming neighborhood of Ixelles/St Gilles. This European apartment maintains many of it's historic details and is conveniently located next to 3 trams and 2 buses. About 15 min from city center with some lovely bars, restaurants, and shops nearby! The space **Please note that you will need to feed the cat and put medicine in her food every morning while you are here! Please mention your experience with cats when you message me, or I will not accept the reservation.** I also will not accept requests if you don’t have any reviews. I’ve had bad experiences, sorry about that! The apartment is two-bedroom, but I rent out the guest bedroom when I travel. My bedroom is not prepared for guests and I would ask you to respect my privacy. :) Because it is an old building, it is impossible to be as sterile and "clean" as all the newly renovated Airbnb places that people don't live in. This is a well-lived-in home with a cat, so please keep that in mind. <3 *** The apartment is classically European with high ceilings, crown moldings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. There are three doors that lead onto a wrap-around balcony that is wonderful for sitting outside with a glass of wine or just a quick cigarette. It is also very spacious and our bedroom is on the other side of the apartment from your room, with the dining room and sitting room in the middle. We've been collecting our decor from all over the world - so there is a lot of character! There are two desks for working and the kitchen has literally everything you could possible need, and of course there are towels, sheets, pillows, etc. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and in the bathroom includes a bath tub, a shower, and a washing machine! Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, except for my private bedroom. Please, make yourself at home! Clean sheets and towels will be provided and you are free to use refrigerator and pantry space, as well as desk space should you need that. You are also free to use the washing machine and drying racks. :) I like to ask that you contribute a euro or two for the laundry detergent if you use mine. Other things to note Please let me know that you are okay to feed/care for my cat while you are here. :)
