Santa Monica Penthouse Small Studio Apartment!

Penthouse Studio Apartment in Santa Monica with large outdoor deck. This apartment is about 400sf but has a large outdoor deck on the 4th floor at the corner of the building. The apartment has nicer furniture than our other apartments and a larger smart tv. It offers a retractable awning for some shade and privacy from the building patio above. The area is fantastic, downtown Santa Monica, 3 blocks to the Santa Monica Promenade and 6 blocks to the beach. I can rent longer than listing if needed. The space This is a 56 unit apartment building. All units are studio apartments. This is our only "Penthouse" unit with the large outdoor deck. One parking space is included under the building. There is also a restaurant, Blue Daisy, on the ground floor of the building. Guest access Guests have access to apartment building common areas also. This includes a small fitness room, a pay laundry room and common area patio decks(in addition to your own private deck) Other things to note I'm sorry but no barbecues allowed due to insurance.
