Sea Haven is a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath villa overlooking Dawn Beach on beautiful St. Maarten. Every room and patio in the villa has an ocean view except the bathrooms. The main floor is an open concept living area with the living room, kitchen, dining area and half bath. There are 3 outdoor patios on the main floor. The large patio off of the living room is furnished with lounge chairs and also leads to the infinity edge pool. The space The Villa is a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath (showers only). Every room and patio at the villa have ocean views except the bathrooms. The main floor is an open concept living area with the living room, kitchen, dining area and half bath. There are 3 outdoor patios on the main floor. The large uncovered patio off from the living room is furnished with lounge chairs and leads to the infinity edge pool. The pool has additional space for lounging on the other side of it including a barbeque area. A small covered patio is located off the dining area and a large covered patio for outdoor dining is directly off of the kitchen. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with both rain shower heads and handheld shower heads using solar powered hot water. Please note that there are no bathtubs in the villa. The large master bedroom suite occupies the entire upper floor with a sitting area and desk space. The master bathroom has a large shower, double vanity sinks and separate toilet room. Both the second and third bedroom are located on the lower level that is accessed from the outside to give maximum privacy. They share their own covered patio. The second bedroom is larger than the third bedroom enabling it to have a sitting area with a love seat that turns into a child’s bed. The bathroom in the second bedroom has the shower and toilet. The sink area is located in the bedroom, like a hotel room. The third bedroom also has a bathroom with shower & toilet. The sink area is located in the bedroom, like a hotel room. Please note that the two lower bedrooms are not accessible from inside the villa and not designed or intended for young children to occupy alone. Any guests with young children staying in these rooms must supervise the children at all times. The villa has a private walkway/stairs down the hill that leads to a gate in the stone wall. Dawn Beach is a 5 minute walk down the hill. Other things to note Some guest are sensitive/allergic to smoke. Please DO NOT burn candles or incense in or outside the villa. Also a reminder that there is NO smoking in the Villa or on the property.
