The Blue Oar House !

Come stay at our cozy three bedroom and 1.5 bathroom home! Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, bedroom #2 has two double beds and bedroom #3 has two single beds with a desk for working! It’s located in the heart of a small town called Frederica. We’re located roughly: 25-45 to the Delaware beaches(Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey). 20 -25 minutes south of the states capital, Dover. 5 minutes of the DE Turf! The space Our home is a older home built around 1890 era but has some modern upgrades. The home has three bedrooms on the second story floor and one full bathroom . On the first floor we a full size kitchen, dinning room with a table that can sit 6, (extra chairs are in the corner) a half bathroom and a living room. There is off street parking that can fit three cars in the drive way (parked behind each other). There’s also a backyard that isn’t fenced in so please watch your pets when outside. There’s also a second story patio and backyard deck as well. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. There’s a 42 inch FIRE TV (Amazon’s TV) (uses your own Amazon account) in the living room. Please log out of your Amazon account before check out! The home does have a traditional hot water heater (not an on demand system) and needs time for the hot water heater to fill back up in between multiple uses. Please note we do have security cameras located on the Outside of the property. If you would like a late check out other than the 11am check out an additional charge will be added. $50 late check out fee Guest access You can enter the property via the side entrance closest to the driveway. A code will be sent to you via the air bnb app at your check in time (3pm). Three cars can fit in the drive way but please be mindful of the electric/telephone pole at the end of the driveway. Please take note that garbage goes out Monday morning, someone will Come and put the trash cans out Sunday night, then return the trash can Monday night. If the trash schedule is delayed then this will happen on the delayed day. Other things to note The neighbor is friendly town and we ask you to be respectful of the home and of the neighbors. Please do no park with a vehicle hanging out in the street. If you have pets please clean up after them when staying on the property. You’re welcome to use the back porches but please keep in mind it’s a screened porch and an open porch that will be at mother nature’s mercy, we do our best to to keep the area wiped down but the area is outside so it maybe need an extra wipe down if you would like to use it. If you have an electrical vehicle that requires charging please inform me of this before attempting to charge. The house does not have a charging stations for electric car charging. Please do not flush anything that’s not human waste down the toilets etc female products, flushable wipes, baby wipes, disinfect wipes or hair down the toilets. Pets must be on a leash at all time when outside. Please do not leave pets unattended when outside and do not use patio furniture to build walls/gates. Please note we do have security cameras located on the Outside of the property. Please be respectful of the home, property and neighbors. There are absolutely no parties or unapproved people allowed on the property without written notice/approval from the host. If there’s more than the allowed amount per your air BNb reservation there will be an extra per person and swift removal of the unapproved person. Please keep animals/pets off the furniture, this includes beds and couches. Excessive pet hair on furniture or in the linens will result in an additional cleaning fee. The home comes with starter paper products: toilet paper, paper towels etc. If you and/or your guests require more or prefer to take products outside the home please bring your own products. We do not provide shampoo, body soap or conditioner, there will be hand soap but you must bring your own shower supplies. The home may have shower supplies that you are open to use. Please do not mail packages or mail to the home. The lawn guy comes to cut the grass Monday -Thursday depending on weather his days may change. Please keep the yard free from all personal belongings. Example pet leashes, pet toys, lawn games, shoes and anything other items that may interfere with the mowing of the yard.
